ZA: more missing committee appearances #1811

Mr Mohapi Jihad Mohapi is the Chairperson of the Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs and also a Member of the Select Committees on Security and Justice and Petitions and Executive Undertakings. His appearances are not updating and I would appreciate if you could assist.

It covers to about the end of the July when I first sent the email.

Previous comment about dates on memberships was a red herring, so I've deleted it.

The problem here is that Mohapi Jihad Mohapi doesn't have a given_name or family_name set, and those are used to work out how to convert his name into versions with initials, such as 'M Mohapi' as usually seen in Hansard.

In general, if there are problems with speeches not getting assigned to anyone when they should be, or getting assigned to the wrong person, checking that all these name fields are filled in correctly should be the first step.

We will need either to re-run the importing of the committee meetings which are incorrect above or to change the data manually.

The data is definitely in there: he has a family name, given name, alternative name.
