@zarino - @chrismytton and I just had a look at this - it clearly needs a clear: both type fix, but as you added some other styling when fixing the similar #1777, we thought it might be best if you handled it.

I've put @zarino's branch on staging - http://mzalendo.staging.mysociety.org/person/samuel-kiprono-chepkonga/, but it looks like there's something odd going on with the scss compilation because it's not picking up any of the changes. @duncanparkes any ideas why that might be?
