Mzalendo - ministry overview page, outdated and should link to people #2007

This page appears to be out of date and none of the people listed link to their Mz page

I think the deeper problem here is that we don't really show very much about these people on their pages e.g. http://info.mzalendo.com/person/anne-waiguru/ http://info.mzalendo.com/person/henry-rotich/ http://info.mzalendo.com/person/amina-mohamed-jibril/ — because we're set-up for tracking legislative positions, not executive ones, and, like most of the rest of the world, there's a better separation of powers in Kenya than in the UK, and Ministers aren't also in the Assembly.

I think we should should refer this to Mzalendo to ask about the extent to which they want to cover executive positions like these.
