Need to make the survey on the homepage a real one that can be administered from the admin panel.

Isn't the survey a separate plug in using poll daddy (iirc it is on the Mzalendo site, see below) and if so happy for this to be the same for ZA

Set POLLDADDY_WIDGET_ID: 57041 in your general.yml to have polls appear with the sample poll I created.
