The `death_date of a person should be taken as the end date of any unclosed Memberships for that Person, and, similarly, any Organization's dissolution_date should also be applied the end date for Memberships in it Note to 2.6

So, for example, https://parliament.popit.mysociety.org/persons/326#political-career should say "Mr Tony Benn was a member of Labour between 1950-11-30 and 2014-03-13" rather than "Mr Tony Benn has been a member of Labour since 1950-11-30".
