I haven't fixed the issue with the connect module that I mentioned as that's only an issue for the version of connect that kue depends on, and we're not using any of kue's express interface so there's no real need to fix that particular issue. I've marked it as closed on Gemnasium.

Looks good.

I did run into an issue when running make to update the modules but removing the node_modules directory and re-running it seemed to fix it so I assume I'd mangled something in there at some point.
