This wires up the link on study dashboards/search to download a CSV of all the
studies listed. It also fixes up a couple of tangentially-related issues with
test factories and date formats.
PRed onto issues/66-restrict-document-access because it uses the document urls
from there to provide links in the spreadsheet.
