Search box placeholder text implies filtering rather than searching #156

Search functionality works but current text suggests we are applying filters - should the text say ‘search by any word in title, location, or author’

@kimmwest - the label for the search box already says "Search by topic, researcher, or location" so I'm not sure how we can make this any clearer?

I'm going to close this unless there's a better suggestion.
