Show some kind of record of what a user has previously added through the impact form #165

So that people don't duplicate information as they're entering a bunch of stuff.

This is slightly tricky through the token system, because we don't necessarily have any "user" to tie the contributions too, so we might have to alter the data models slightly to store the token or session info in some way.
