Think about how we're going display some history for studies if we import them #49

Quite a lot of our study page (See #3) relies on showing a timeline of study activity or the stages a study has been through. However, if we import studies, they won't have any of this back story by default.

Conceivably, some things we could work out from other info (e.g. if we know when it got ERB approval, or completed we can generate some history for those dates). How important do we think that is?

Other things are more tricky, e.g. consider something like a withdrawn study. It would be helpful to know exactly where it got to before being withdrawn, and when it was withdrawn, but I'm not sure there's any way to know that without MSF telling us from their memory or other records. What should we show on the study timeline/stage progress bar in that case?

The conclusion of this is that we should create the following activities when we import things:

We should also set the created_at date of the study to the concept paper date, and the updated_at to which ever is most recent out of the four possible date fields above.
