Overhead of adding in a single blog post is quite high.

Two components of this ticket:

[x] Checkbox to make a repository page 'skipable' where it adds no content (toc, multi formats) over just linking straight to the blog post. This will make it redirect to the URL of the only output.
[x] Similar to stringprint import, an automated flow for loading a mysociety blog post into the database (extracting hero, author).
