Thanks @garethrees. Great to have this emphasis on all the new request pages and on the Sign up page. In line with the Alaveteli notes on redaction, I have now tweaked the https://github.com/Sobanukirwa/alaveteli/blob/rails-3-develop/app/views/help/privacy.html.erb text for Sobanukirwa.
