'You can also write to' bug on follow up pages #55

I've been sending a series of test ATI requests on sobanukirwa.rw and have spotted a possible bug on the follow up pages linked to from the emails I've been getting about delayed requests:

https://sobanukirwa.rw/request/10/response?post_redirect=1#followup

The text at the top of the page always says 'Don't want to address your message to the main ATI contact at Ministry of Health? You can also write to:'

But the link underneath always then says 'the main ATI contact address for Ministry of Health'.

Is this a bug? Or are there alternative follow up email addresses for authorities that we should be entering somewhere?
