MP profile magellan nav list is broken in Chrome #1203

The list uses a fairly complicated mixture of list-style-position and text-indent to achieve what looks like this in Safari and Firefox:

But looks like this in Chrome, as of a few weeks ago:

Suggest maybe we ditch the list bullets altogether, and use absolutely positioned pseudo-elements instead?

IIRC the bullets were simply there because we hadn't bothered to make them not there, rather than being an active design decision.
