Better summaries of contributions in debates

This is a ticket to track as part of PJMF work.

Currently we have ‘recent appearances’ on the profile page, that links out to a search for more speeches.

This is an area we could do a lot more with a view summarising appearances:

• Creating metrics of ‘important contributions’ (length, participants, that J of if a speech is referenced by future speeches)
• Separating out written q&as from debates
• Providing more context around excerpts from recent debates.
