A key requirement here would be showing something acceptable (no worse than what Parliament shows) before a manual description of the vote has been written.
Being able to describe a vote pre-emptively might be useful in some circumstances (though you can never quite be certain what the next vote is going to be on until it happens).
A version of Hansard is produced a couple of hours after proceedings in the House of Commons and made available at:
http://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/hansard/commons/todays-commons-debates/
Who has voted which way is often of immediate news interest so it would be good if this information could be processed and displayed on TheyWorkForYou as quickly as possible after a vote.
