Add some form of recording of 'missed' location lookups #741

Figure out the best way (or even if it's possible) to record instances of 'missed' lookups for locations, ie where a user has typed a street address instead of a postcode and as a result not received location-based results.

I'm not certain how we'd differentiate these from plain text search queries, although I note that we do store zero-hit searches so it might be possible to run queries through a geocoder and see how many actually map to a real location.

The front page has a separate box asking solely for postcode, similar to WriteToThem.
