First round of feedback from a contributor:
notes
field to classification formA contributor was having trouble joining.
Looks like they clicked the /projects/1/
URL where we say "To join this project, create an account or sign in". They created an account but then got a CanCan::AccessDenied
error because they weren't a contributor, so that's all a bit confusing.
Maybe need a custom handler for CanCan::AccessDenied
within Projects
that says something like "You need an invite token to join this project".
Bit of minor feedback
Everything seemed fine to me. Tried classifying a few responses and extracting data; didn’t come across any errors.
Some more positive feedback.
A bit more feedback
It would be good to get a sense from contributors why might a FOI request be refused/what exemptions the authorities are relying upon. Then as a project owner, I could see whether there is a common theme (e.g. cost grounds), or whether there are other exemptions at play which might need my attention (e.g. data protection, commercial interests etc.) and I would need to ask for an internal review.
Seems like a case for a general notes field during classification.
Some more feedback.
Main points summarised from all 3:
Some really detailed feedback around classifications.
