@ajparsons I was wondering if this is something you could have a go at?
It's basically an exercise in mapping what the problem we solve is to how we solve it, and how we "capture" money from delivering that value. Of course, as a charity we capture value in different ways. Lots of use gives weight to funding applications etc, so we shouldn't feel like we have to approach this as a standard business would.
The second part they want us to do is fill it in without our "secret sauce". I guess a lot of our success comes from being the biggest and only online FOI platform. What would happen if we had competitors? Maybe someone creates a private-only batch tool and doesn't care about responsible use.
Here are a couple of slides from the workshop (#49). I'll follow up with them to see if they can send the full slide deck over if its helpful.
Deadline: 8th or 9th April
Update on the next engagement sessions
April 8th OR 9th 2 - 4 pm - Business modelling part two with Maria Guila. You will be invited to one of these sessions. ( I will be sending through Maria's slides soon)
They've sent through the slides

I've done it typed for ease of writing. Haven't built out the 'special sauce' one the same way, but described it at the bottom and could put one together (it's much simpler because hypothetical).
Reviewed and looks good. Thanks so much for taking this on!
