Just to note they made a typo – the date is 19th:

Just a note on the email I sent below - apologies for a typo. Session 3 will not take place on the 20th, it will take place in the afternoon slot on the 19th. I will invite you to this in the calendars shortly.

Rough notes are here.

It was a mixture of things I (and we all) know pretty well, and some new directions to think about:

Considering who your users are, what their priorities are and where/via which device they access their content
Planning content ahead of time (which has sent me on a train of thought about why we have a limited ability to do this; but surely no more limited than a newsroom responding to current affairs, etc)
Inviting engagement from users
Giving users what they want
Some of the newer or less well-known platforms like Snapchat and Telegram, and platforms we don't use for mySociety, like WhatsApp and how other brands are using these successfully.
