Does WhatDoTheyKnow take account of the slightly different way timescales for a response are calculated in Scotland vs the rest of the UK due to the differing definition of a working day?
If not this is a ticket for addressing that.
If it does this ticket can be closed.
s10 FoIA 2000 which applies to the UK except Scotland:
“working day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank >holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in >any part of the United Kingdom. "
FoISA 2002, which applies in Scotland ,has a slightly different definition:
"s73: “working day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day or a day which, under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 (c.80), is a bank holiday in Scotland. "
If we need to record Scottish only bank holidays we might want to do so in a way other than in the free text of the name of the holiday. If the "(Scotland)" matters we should mention that on the holidays admin page.

The text on the help pages explaining the logic for calculating deadlines should be in-line with what actually happens, see ticket for updating the related text on the help pages: https://github.com/mysociety/whatdotheyknow-theme/issues/1027
