Use the new ability to hide individual attachments on certain existing requests #1483

Once the fix for

is live on WhatDoTheyKnow we could use the new feature on existing relevant requests.

Looking backwards in this way might be generally not a good use of resources, but we could for example, review the the list of substantive takedowns on the wiki, and, very carefully, take action in respect of those.
