Ideally we could add something to the public notes as well, perhaps specifying which A&E departments they run.

This might help our users making requests for information regarding A&E departments to direct them to the correct bodies.

Might be best to keep this ticket and use the other one for the Councils, which is a bigger and a bit of a separate task.
