We might want to explain what we mean by a "a junior, non-decision making post"…
+1 to this after a recent case.
We currently say:
- If you are a decision-maker of any seniority, or if you are responding to an FOI request, we will not normally remove your details…
- If you hold a junior, non-decision making post
I think we should create 3 bullet points here:
At the moment the "responding to an FOI request" gets a bit lost and some FOI officers automatically see "non-decision making" as the item that applies to them, presumably because they don't feel that they are making "policy" decisions.

we mention "we are, under some circumstances, prepared to publish ... Requests for complaints and performance information about regulated professionals such as police officers, doctors and social workers."
Again here in relation to personal information we could note that where the personal information relates to a regulated professional such as a police officer, doctor or social worker, that might be a factor in favour of continued publication.
