• [ ] As noted in https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/issues/1017, the background for the 'update status' panel should make it noticable - it should be the same as other notices that we want to draw the user's attention to.

• [ ] Looking at real use cases, the status line is often longer than the other items on the left hand side, and is conceptually different - it's not an action you can take. We should move it under the request title.

• [ ] Looks like request feeds don't work anymore - the implementation (https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/blob/rails-3-develop/app/views/track/atom_feed.atom.erb#L11-L20) seems like it could use some refactoring anyway
