This would likely be implemented in the form of a landing page (https://github.com/mysociety/whatdotheyknow-theme/issues/442#issuecomment-1041273063), but +1 on separating out this theme into a specific issue given that we have a Climate programme of work.

Inquiry Ideas

I spotted a Twitter thread suggesting changes to hospital operating theatre heating and ventilation protocols could be more significant in terms of reducing carbon dioxide emissions than even staff travel arrangements:

FOI could be used to obtain hospital operating theatre heating and ventilation protocols. Information on the current state would enable informed lobbying for change.
