User suggestion: give users the power to chase unanswered messages #302

I was pleased to be reminded by your recent email, that I have not had a response from my MP. It would have been helpful to have had the necessary information so that I could have dropped Anne-Marie Morris a line to remind her that she has not yet got back to me. Would it be possible to include this in your system? It's one thing your keeping a record of the response level, but also important to let our MPs know that being ignored is not on.

I'm not sure if this user means we should give out the representative's email address if they don't reply, which obviously isn't currently an option, but I suppose we could include a link that automatically takes them to the compose screen with their previous message pre-filled, and maybe even some text that says 'I am chasing up the following message to which I have not had a response' or similar.

I just saw a friend recommending WTT to people on her Facebook with the line

I used WriteToThem because it is super easy, and they will nag on your behalf if you don't get a letter back.

Obviously we don't actually nag, but indeed it would be nice to have a button that said 'remind my representative they haven't yet responded' after a survey response in the negative?
