Stats page: OpenGraph tags should include MP details once you’ve searched for an MP #319

Split out from #317.

When we generate the league table page with the .mp-lookup-results section highlighting a specific MP’s details, the OpenGraph tags in the header should also be customised to describe that MP’s details.

We should get input from @MyfanwyNixon on what she thinks would be engaging content to present in these tags, given the data we have available.

So - this is the message that will appear as an attachment to tweets and Facebook shares? How much flexibility do we have with the wording?

Eg it'd be ideal if we could have something like:

I just checked my MP's record on responding to emails. [MP name] came [position] out of [634 or whatever] MPs in WriteToThem's responsiveness league. How about your MP? Check here.
