Stats page: Let users search by (fuzzy) MP name, in addition to postcode #321

Split out from #317.

Can we make it so that the "See how responsive your MP was" search box accepts an MP’s name? That way people can look up famous MPs like Jeremy Corbyn and David Cameron, without having to scroll down and find the person visually in the list.
