I noticed that you now have a greater range of options
for rating responses from our representatives, which is a
definite improvement. I was wondering if there is scope for
recording on which issues replies (or silence) is received. Do
certain politicians reply effectively on their "pet issues"
that they feel confident of support on, but then ignore others
as too difficult or controversial? It would be interesting if
users categorised their emails based on the topics raised and
then feedback could be broken down...?
