Option to not include one MEP #362

I want to write to all of my MEPs except the UKIP representative, so I have to choose them all individually - it would be great to have checkboxes to be able to choose a subset of my MEPs to contact (I'm sure eg labour voters or conservative voters would find that useful too).

It would be useful to be able to send the same message to more than one MEP - currently you can send to one, or all.

However (for example) I do not wish to communicate with the UKIP MEP, but would wish to send to one or more of the other MEPs.
