At present WriteToThem holds users' personal data for two years after their message is sent.
If we receive a GDPR-related request for erasure, this requires a developer to intervene directly in the database. Ideally the user support person dealing with the request should be able to act on it via the admin interface, searching for the user's email address and deleting it if it is still held.
