User suggestion: note on the homepage when contact details are not yet updated post elections #426

I do understand the limitations in running and working for a small charity. How about a brief addition to your home page warning people that you’re still updating the data?

You get the message on any representative for whom it is relevant, immediately after entering your postcode, I'm not sure it's helpful to tell everyone else that when it doesn't apply to them.
