Remove link to stats from questionnaire emails #441

If we stop drawing people's attention to the out of date responsiveness statistics, this should reduce the number of questions and complaints about why the stats are out of date.

Less urgent I think, maybe address in a future FAQs rewrite? Betting that many more people receive the questionnaire emails than read about-qa unprompted :)
