Gordon Dunne MLA won't stay deleted #474

Script dadem_csv_load bringing deleted representatives back again. Gordon Dunne died earlier this year.

This appears to have stopped happening, but would be worth a look to see if can work out why it happened. My guess it was still present in the source for some time after, and we trust that source.
