Text suggestion for new 'Suggest locking' feature #820

Current text should be 'candidates' but I'd also suggest reworking it from: If you think this list is complete, please suggest that we lock it. Locking means candidate can't be added or removed, but can still be edited. This is useful when we know that the list is final. Please only do this if you have a good reason for thinking it's complete, for example if you have reviewed one of the official lists of candidates ("nomination papers" or "SOPNs") linked to above.

To: If you think this list is complete, please suggest that we lock it. Please only do this with good reason, for example if you have reviewed one of the official lists of candidates ("Nomination papers" or "Statement of Persons Nominated") linked to above. Locking a list means that candidates can't be added or removed, but their details can still be edited. This is useful when we know that the list is final.

For consistency I'd also suggest changing the slug at the top of the page, from: Statement of Nominated Persons To: Statement of Persons Nominated

Also, is there any need for including the alternative text of "Nomination papers" in various places? Every SoPN I've seen has described itself as such, so introducing "Nomination papers" may lead to confusion.

Removing "Nomination papers" means the text could become: If you think this list is complete, please suggest that we lock it. Please only do this with good reason, for example if you have compared this list with the official "Statement of Persons Nominated" linked to above. Locking a list means that candidates can't be added or removed, but their details can still be edited. This is useful when we know that the list is final.
