However, once a SoPN has been uploaded, it gets confusing:
Note that the biggest link is the one that's less likely to be required or beneficial. I'd suggest having just the text below, with all of it linking to the uploaded document:

Then the "Upload an updated Statement of Persons Nominated." text/link should go on the /upload_document/ page, so users with permission don't click it by accident and are required to look at the existing upload before replacing it.
