(One of these was actually wrong: it had the council wards SOPN rather than the parliamentary by-election, but I've fixed that.)

There are a few problems here, anyway:

• "Official Documents" are linked to to a post, rather than a post in a particular election - so you see one for the 2015 General Election and one for this 2016 By-Election
• There's no indication of which document is which
• Generally the presentation of these documents is not well thought-out; it was quite quickly implemented, if I remember right.

Understood, so uploads need to be linked to a specific election then this page should only display the SoPN from the current election.
