Update copy #976

Change the noun "license" to "licence" in public-facing pages.
Delete "last" in "last UK general election in 2010", as the last one was in 2015, and soon the last will have been in 2017.

I've only edited locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/django.po.

Should the corresponding msgids be changed in the other languages' django.po file as well?

https://candidates.democracyclub.org.uk/help/api also has lots of noun "licenses", but I couldn't find where to edit this. Please could you point me in the right direction?

Note: This is essentially the same thing as https://github.com/DemocracyClub/yournextrepresentative/pull/138, but I see the repos have diverged and it's not clear which one I should send PRs to.

Hi @hugovk - sorry about the confusion with the two repositories. At the moment it's best to submit all changes to https://github.com/DemocracyClub/yournextrepresentative/ - we will merge all of those back to this repository once the election is over, however! Since your improved version of this pull request has been merged in the other fork already, I'm going to close this one. Thanks for all your contributions.
