No InstallAssistant download URL found

I'm attempting to install a Catalina MacOS VirtualBox on my Windows 10 machine through Cygwin. I have been successful up until the prepare_macos_installation_files stage. After downloading the Catalina software update catalog, all attempts to find the Catalina InstallAssistant download URL fail with a 404, resulting in this output:

Couldn't find the requested download URL in the Apple catalog. Exiting.

I am unsure what is causing this. Here are the changes I made to the shell script up until this point:

• Updated resolution to "1680x1050"
• Commented out xxd check because the if statement would never pass despite xxd --help working with the -e option available.
• Added VBoxManage modifyvm "${vm_name}" --nested-hw-virt on 2>/dev/null before test starting the VM to manually enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V.
• Added --no-check-certificate flag to wget request for software update catalog due to certificate comparison error.

Please set the PATH variable so the path to the Cygwin version of wget has precedence over the Windows version.

Commented out xxd check

This implies the same issue with xxd. Please set the PATH variable so only Cygwin executables are available on Cygwin.
