Add this to Hex? #26

mysql-otp is in Hex; it would be handy if mysql-otp-poolboy was too.

@michaellenaghan Feel free to add it. This project was mainly intended as an example, so I don't want to spend much time maintaining it. (You can add me as a maintainer in Hex if you want, but I'm not sure I'll be active.)

One think about Hex which is bothering me is how to make it understand that you can build with Make or Rebar at your own choice. I'm sure it builds with Mix as well and we could have a mix file generated automatically, but I guess Hex will assume that it is a requirement and not just an option. :-/
