chore: updates #13

Hey @sidorares

Main goal here was to update lru-cache to stop a duplicate dependency, unfortunately I got carried away. If you release this you must create a major version.

Done: Convert to es6 arrows and cost/let Remove mocha.md Update all dependencies Reduce published files to the required

Ty! If you publish + update this in mysql2 we get 1 less dependency :)
