Making it very clear for newcomers to the myst-templates world

On the organization field -- this is a freeform string meant to indicate the template "owner" correct? this has nothing to do with github org or username, nor is used to construct a path etc... so things like "The Open Source Writing Group!" will work and not break anything?

The organization should probably be the GitHub organization. And we should maybe change to mystmd.

The organization needs to be in the URL in our API.
