🪂 Adds Springer template (#12) #32

@rowanc1 @stevejpurves let's try to get this in. Here are still some open questions which I can formulate better with the PR already existing.

All open points I will try to formulate as issues in my repository.

At the end I would like to contribute this template as well as the Physical Review Journals template.

I would like to add this and the other template to your organization. How can we do this? Of course I would be available to review PRs and extend, if time allows, the templates.

Once you accept that invite you should be able to transfer the templates that you would like. After that we can update some of the links. :)
