Thread t = new Thread();

RUNABLE 准备运行或正在运行

持有 CPU 执行

BLOCKED 阻塞

等待一个同步锁, 比如 synchronize

WAITING 等待

使用 wait, join, park 等方法, 直到被唤醒

TIMED_WAITING 限期等待

等待设置了超时时间

TERMINATED 终止

线程结束或者抛异常退出
