It has been throttling download speed since MS takeover or even longer:
(base connection speed is 10-20 Mbps)
When I try to download in the browser it 100% fails within a few minutes, with no ability to resume the download. Do you expect every user to be familiar with wget?
APK build gets auto mirrored to some sites, but I've only found 2.0.10 among crypto enabled builds, no 2.0.15 around. As for desktop version I haven't found any mirrors at all. Are there any?

https://www.fosshub.com/ is a good place to put binaries, never had problems with it. Or since you're building for Web3, use Sia or smth.
