My node is online in Node ui but in my nodes it says monitoring failed

Hello there!  I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Generally, our nodes are meant to work straight out of the box, but occasionally there might be a few changes needed in the network for the node to start working.  To begin with, I would suggest that you read the following article: https://help.mystnodes.com/en/articles/8005209-troubleshoot-connection-monitoring-fail-issues It has some great tips on how to detect and resolve most common problems that may hinder a connection to your node.  If after trying the steps, the node still isn't working, let us know and we will gladly help you troubleshoot it further.
