Convert Repo to Eleventy #71

The one thing I didn't figure out to do with Eleventy is anchor tags, specifically index#mission for the "Mission" link in the navbar. I solved this by making the red hat/sunglasses icon in the left of the nav a link to the homepage and by converting "Mission" in the nav from a dropdown to a link directly to the Mission FAQ page.

Hey ladies, I just noticed the red hat icon is cut off a little on the right. Let me know if you're seeing this too?

Aahhh I haven't figured out how to reproduce this on my end @sarahsand! Mind if I ask which browser you're using?
