"Resources for Beginners" update

For https://puzzles.mit.edu/resources.html page, there are a few things that could be updated

• https://www.puzzles.wiki/wiki/How_to_Hunt is a good resource and should be linked. Probably could link https://www.puzzles.wiki/wiki/Puzzle_Solving_Resources as well
• There's a bunch of "How to Hunt" workshops from MH teams that aren't listed (See PWiki page for a full list)
• "Beginner's Guide, from Mission Street" is outdated and probably should be removed
• "Puzzle Solving Guide, from mezzacotta" is also outdated and probably should be removed
• "Sarcone and Waeber's Rules to Puzzle Solving, Archimedes-lab.org" is also probably outdated
• "Cryptic Clue Guide by Deusovi" probably could be included

i think at this rate we should stop having our own resources and instead link to others; @bzollern ?
