"total-functions/no-unsafe-type-assertion' rule is disabled but never reported" false error in terminal #51

the rule actually works correctly, and in vscode it is not highlighted, but in termital eslint shows an error "total-functions/no-unsafe-type-assertion' rule is disabled but never reported"
